Bidder is required to pay $500 nonrefundable deposit upon winning bid. Upon auction end, this deposit will be charged to your credit card and deducted from the balance due.
The registered bidder's name and address will be the name and address on the vehicle title/registration paperwork, therefore, do not purchase a vehicle for someone else.

8.9% Sales Tax - Out of state residents / tax exempt residents must contact the office at 360-647-5370, or by email Info@BellinghamAuction.com, to complete all required documents to be exempt from sales tax.
13% Buyers Premium
$131.75 Estimated Title & Registration Fee - If this estimate is too high, you will receive a refund check in the mail with your license plates and registration. If this estimate is too low, you will be required to pay the balance due.
$50.00 Negotiable Documentary Service Fee (The maximum charge allowed for documentary service fee is $150. Because the selling price is determined by competitive bidding, a $50 documentary service fee is deemed negotiated at time of bidding.)

The price of the vehicle is negotiated by online auction bidding and that bid price is with no warranty. Bidder will pay for any and all costs of repairs on this vehicle, upon taking possession of vehicle.

For example - vehicle is erroneously advertised as having a 4 cylinder engine but actually has a 6 cylinder engine. MAX BIDS

TIE BIDS
If you place a bid and receive an email with the word Outbid in the subject line, it means another bidder has placed the same bid before you, or a max bid that is higher than yours, therefore you are not the high bidder.
