Pre-bids left via the internet are neither entertained nor accepted until the live auction opens the day of the live auction.
Terms/Conditions: 10% of the total purchase price is to be placed in escrow the day of the auction with the balance being due upon delivery of marketable title.

Transmission Easement on Tracts 3-6: The Sellers had previously granted an electric transmission line easement for a transmission line in favor of Traverse Wind Development, LLC. Said line will be installed at a future date and the BUYER’s purchase of the real property will be subject to the terms of the grant and any damages that may result from the installation of the electric transmission line, poles and appurtenances. Seller will be retaining all damage monies associated with the installation of the electric transmission line project. The Memorandum of Transmission Easement Agreement is recorded in the records of the Kingfisher County Clerk at Book 3332, Page 590. This Easement affects Tracts 3,4,5 & 6. Estimated Installation is later 2021.
