TERMS: This is a cash sale auction. Buyer is required to pay a ten percent (10%) nonrefundable earnest money deposit of purchase price within 48 hrs of the auction closing. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid in cash at the time of final closing. Final closing shall take place within 30 days after the auction, and possession shall transfer at closing. Bidding is not contingent upon any financing. The 2020 real estate taxes, payable in 2021 will be paid by the Seller.
