Ron and Patsy Neer Retirement Auction. Due to health reasons, Ron and Patsy have sold the farm and are selling their personal property at a timed online only auction. Preview is Wednesday, March 10, 2021 from 12 pm to 5 pm CST located at 23559 Tyler St., Lacona, IA 50139. Auction ends on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 5:00 pm CST with a soft close. Pickup and payment of items not billed to your credit card will be Saturday, March 13, 2021 from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm CST. Loading assistance will be available pickup day only. All items not picked up on Saturday, March 13, 2021 wlll be disposed of with no refunds to the buyer. 10% buyers premium and 3.5% credit card fee applies. Thanks for looking.
