Terms of Personal Property: Payable in cash, cashier’s check, personal check with current letter of guarantee made to Top Tier Auctions, LLC, and wire transfer, buyer is responsible for wire fee.
Approved payments: Cash, approved check, Visa, M/C, American Express, Discover, Debit, or wire transfer, payer is responsible for wire fee. All credit card transactions will be charged a credit card transaction fee.

Your final invoice will include the cost of you item(s), shipping, insurance, and credit card fees. If necessary, buyers must request separate billing.
All purchases sold in as-is condition. We may, at our discretion, provide our opinion as to the condition of items but do so with no guarantee or warranty. Items are available for thorough inspection and bidders are cautioned to inspect prior to placing any bids.
There is no sales tax applied to any out of state purchases that are shipped and sales tax is the responsibility of the buyer.
Auctioneer reserves the right to charge your credit card at the drop of the hammer.
Shipping: We ship via USPS. Shipping handling fee is $25 and will max at $100. Shipping costs start at $7.50 depending on weight, size, and distance as the shippers' fee schedules dictate. Additionally, every package is insured based on invoice value. Online purchases requiring shipping must be paid by credit card. We ship items in house. All items will be shipped to the address on file. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes.
