This is an internet only auction. All bidding activity will take place online. All items are sold in "AS IS" Condition. THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES. All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
Joel's Tractors and Auction, LLC reserves the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. As this is an internet only auction, Joel's Tractors and Auction, LLC reserves the right to cancel and/ or re-open the auction in the case of system failures.
Invoices will be e-mailed to your e-mail address used to register on Hi-Bid when the sale is over. If you think you have a winning bid and did not receive the invoice please give a call the next day at 563-933-4188.
Special check out date is January 9th 9:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. CST at Joel's Tractors and Auction, LLC, 33587 Highway 13, Strawberry Point, Iowa 52076.
A 5% Buyer's Premium is added onto your bid amount (with a $1,000 cap) and becomes part of your purchase price. The income tax exemption of your invoice must be filled out and signed to claim Iowa sales tax exemption and have the sales tax removed. Not all items are farm sales tax exempt. Sales tax is 7% which is 6% state sales tax and 1% local option tax.
Payment Terms: All items must be paid within 3 Business Days of the Auction NO EXCEPTIONS. Cash, Bank Wire ($20) Fee, Cashier's Check or Good Personal or Business Check made out to Joel's Tractors and Auction, LLC. Notice: Checks from unknown out of state buyers will require a letter of credit from your bank.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: All items must be removed within 30 days (by February 10th). After 30 days a $25 per day storage fee applies. After 60 days (March 11) the item(s) will be considered abandoned and sent to scrap.
