Lead Sucha Bad Habbit- 4yr-15HH-Gelding APHA
Description
Guaranteed Sound: Yes Current Coggins: Yes Health Certificate: Yes Sucha Bad Habit aka Tex is one of the most stunning and colorful APHA overo paints you will lay eyes on. From his bald face with his medicine hat and all the way down his legs, this gelding is one that will get noticed wherever he goes. Tex has been in professional training for the past four out of five months and he gets better every time he is saddled. He stands 15h and is stout all the way through his body with good, thick bone in his legs and his solid feet. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this standout gelding. From the time he is pulled out of the pen, he is connected and ready to please the best he can! Tex will stand quietly tied as long as he is asked and then that will translate right over to once he is saddled and waiting to be mounted. He will stand like a statue for a person to get on him and wait like a gentleman till he is asked to move! He has ridden in and out of the arena. He is true "cool hand Luke" on the trails and just as smooth as can be when ridden in the arena. I honestly feel that Tex would make a top ranch pleasure gelding in the show pen or could be turned into a very solid reining horse. He's not shy to frame himself right up and wants to be soft in your hands. He has been out on the trails, as he will cross water, go under trees, through brush, over logs, anything you ask of him, he wants to willingly do it! He is great around dogs and has no problem getting along with other horses when he is penned up with them. He isn't an in your pocket, follow you around like a dog type horse but he will not run away from you when he's out on the big pasture and you need to go grab him either. Not spooky at all and has been desensitized to whips, ropes, flags, and four wheelers. He is not heard bound and he will walk out by himself, you just need to point him the way. This is one gelding that will be able to be an all around horse and excel in every discipline with the more time and experience he gets. Tex is one that I feel very honored and proud to have been able to own and I know he will only strengthen a persons program. He sells 100% sound, is current on deworming, trimming, vaccines, and is ready to go anywhere in the states with a current health and coggins. You will not be disappointed coming to meet or buying this horse, he will make the best Christmas present of the year and maybe even a lifetime! Please feel free to call Josh at 509-592-5601 or pm him on Facebook/Instagram at Sizzlin Quarter Horses.
