This Online Flash Auction will take place from 11-01-2020 through 11-03-2020. Auction begins closing on Tues., Nov. 03 at 7:00PM
WINNING BIDDERS WILL BE NOTIFIED ON WED. MORNING NOV. 4 VIA EMAIL. EXPECT A FOLLOW UP PHONE CALL FOR PAYMENT AND PICK-UP SCHEDULING.
Online bidding only, with on site pick up at the Greenville-Pickens Speedway in Easley, SC OR MB Cabinetry & Flooring, 3245 Waccamaw Blvd, Myrtle Beach, . Pick-Up will be Wed, Nov. 4 th from 10-3
13% buyers premium when paying with credit card, 10% when using cash or good check. If paying with a check, please wait until you arrive at the pickup before you fill in the check because the 3% discount is not calculated in.
All items must be picked up within 2 Business Days after auction closes from 10am-3pm .
If payment has not been made by 3:00pm 2 Business Days after auction closes, your credit card on file will be charged for purchases and any fees at that time.
Any items not picked up within 30 days after any auction will be considered abandoned property and be resold without any compensation.
Offenders of these terms, may be banned from our future auctions.
If you make arrangements, (at our discretion) to pick up your merchandise at a different time or location, the following fees will apply.
Fee for Moving and Handling :
$10. : Small items requiring handling by one staff member
$25 : Larger Items requiring handling by 2 staff members
$50 : Items that would require a forklift or special equipment to move
$100 : Cabinet Set
Anything that would result in additional handling or special trucking will have a fee that will be at the auctioneers' discretion.*
Conditions of Additional Flooring Sales :
Never assume that more flooring than what is offered in a lot will be available for purchase (unless so stated). If you want to assure that additional lots of the same item are available, you must call to ask us. If you bid on a lot , you are required to pay for it regardless of whether additional lots are available.
If we do have the same flooring you bought at the Auction and you wish to purchase more we will honor the price of your winning bid from the Auction.
We do not ship items.
If you need additional product, contact us immediately after making your Auction purchase. Additional purchases are on a first come basis. Add-on sales are only for customers who have already bought at our Auctions, no other out right sales will be made.
