Terms of the sale are cash, good check or (credit card w/4% surcharge) for live auction For online bidding payment will be by wire transfer, cash or good check if approved by auction company prior to auction closing date. There is a 5% buyers premium, with a $500 cap, for online buyers. All items are sold "as is where is" with all faults. It is buyers responsibility to inspect all merchandise before bidding on items. Once the auctioneer says "sold" the bidder becomes the owner of the assett being auctioned. There is a $30 fee for returned checks.
