This simulcast auction will take place at 110 Mill Street in Auburn, Ky. The simulcast auction will begin at 10am CST on Saturday October 31st. The auction will include a 2011 Ford F150 With Lift Gate, 2007 Ford LCF 20ft Box Truck, 20ft Enclosed Trailer, Vintage Advertising Items, Vintage Toys, Pyrex, Gas & Oil Advertising & Much More. The Real Estate will not be offered online!! 6% Kentucky Sales Tax Will Be Charged Online bidder will pay with credit card on file and pick-up for online purchases can be picked up untill 4pm Saturday October 31st or between 10am-2pm Sunday November 1st. Shipping will be offered on select items under 70 pounds, $5 per lot handling fee plus actual shipping USPS Priority.

The re-listing fee is based upon the original selling price of the Auction Item. By registering a valid credit card with Phillip Traylor Auctions & Land, the Buyer authorizes Phillip Traylor Auctions & Land to charge applicable re-listing fees to the credit card. Debt Collection and Interest Charges: The bidder agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Phillip Traylor Auctions & Land in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the bidder. The bidder agrees that a fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due Phillip Traylor Auctions & Land. Guaranty Agreement: By submitting a bid in the name of a business entity or corporation, the individual submitting the bid enters into a guaranty agreement whereby he or she personally guarantees payment to Phillip Traylor Auctions & Land of any bid amount not paid when due by the business entity or corporation, for any reason, together with all collection expenses incurred to enforce collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee. Limitation of Liability: If, for any reason, Phillip Traylor Auctions & Land is unable to make available or deliver any Purchase, or portion thereof, or documentation required in respect of any Purchase, the sole liability of Phillip Traylor Auctions & Land, if any, shall be the return of monies paid in respect of such Purchase upon its return by Purchaser.
