Description
We will be having an online Auction to sell items for the Murphy Estate. Farm equipment, strawberry farming items, shop tools of all kinds, double wide to be moved, greenhouse to be moved, household items, and much more!
TERMS OF SALE (unless otherwised noted or announced at live auction) 1. EVERYTHING MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY THE DAY OF THE DAY ON AUCTION PICKUP. On large items with titles, arrangements must be made between buyer and auctioneer as to method of payment and title exchange. 2. Everything will be sold "as is, where is", with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. We are providing as much detailed information as possible and will answer any questions when asked. 3. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increments he feels is in the best interest of his client, the Seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the Seller. 4.
