TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AUCTION
To be approved for online bidding, there must be a credit card on file and all bidder information must be current, complete and accurate. Bidders must be at least 18 years old to bid. By registering and leaving online bids, you are signifying that you agree with the following terms and conditions of this sale.
1. CONDITION
All items are sold "AS-IS," "WHERE IS", "WITH ALL FAULTS" AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Apple Wagon Auctions is not responsible for the correctness of lead lines, lot descriptions or statements of condition, and we do not represent or warrant the description, quality, size, importance, genuineness, authenticity, authorship, attribution, provenance, age, period, culture, source, origin or any condition of any items and no statement made in our advertisements, in our catalogs either printed or online, at or during the auction, in the sale bill, shall be deemed such a representation or warranty.
All auction items are available for bidder examination on Tuesday, October 6th 3pm - 6pm only. Bidders can call Apple Wagon Antique Mall at 573-642-4888 to make arrangements for optional viewing. Bidding on an item signifies that you have examined that item, or you have elected to not examine that item. It is the responsibility of the prospective bidders to examine lots in person and decide their level of interest. Neither the auctioneer, or the consignor is responsible for the accuracy of any printed or verbal descriptions All weights and measurements are approximate and not guaranteed. Buyer relies solely on his/her own expertise and judgment regarding authenticity and condition when bidding on an item. As noted above, all sales are final at the fall of the hammer, and we do not give refunds.
Apple Wagon Auctions shall have no liability for any damages, whether incidental, consequential or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with any sale to purchaser. No refunds will be made for any shipping and/or handling fees paid to a third party by the purchaser.
2. BUYERS PREMIUM:
There will be a 5% Buyers Premium added to items won.
3. PAYMENT TERMS:
Accepted forms of payment include Credit / Debit Cards, and Paypal (Lhcreativeartwork@yahoo.com) for online bidders. Cash and credit cards are accepted if you come to our facility and pick up your purchases.
Invoices for purchases will be sent out within 2 days of the auction closing. The total on the invoice will include the hammer price, the buyer's premium, and shipping and handling fees. The Card on file will be charged 24 hours after the invoices are sent unless other arrangements are made with Apple Wagon Auctions. Property WILL NOT BE REMOVED from the auction facility until payments are rendered in full. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of Buyer at time of payment, and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property until removed from auction house.
4. SHIPPING:
At the request of the buyer, Apple Wagon Auctions will authorize the shipment of purchased items usually within 7-10 business days of received payment. A packaging fee of $10.00 per package will be charged. Smaller items will be put in flat rate containers and shipped via USPS Priority Mail with insurance included to cover the hammer price.
The Auction House shall not be liable for any damages to merchandise nor any errors and omissions or damages caused by packers or shippers. There is absolutely no refunds. Buyer is solely responsible for paying for all fees related to shipping and handling.
