If a buyer does not pay/pick up his/her items, he/she will not be allowed to bid on Holliday Auction Company's auctions in the future and a note will be placed in the HiBid program that notifies other auctioneers of the buyer's lack of payment/pick up. The other HiBid auctioneers may also not allow this buyer to bid on their auctions. Sellers have the right to reject the final bid on their items.
