Auction Terms & Conditions Shipping is NOT available.
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Sorry, NO checks will be accepted.
A 10% buyer's premium and 8.6% sales tax will be added to all sales.
We have preview Monday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, the day of the sale. You are welcome to come in to see, touch, and try out the merchandise.
There are NO refunds, returns, or exchanges. All items are sold AS IS. All sales are final.
All bills MUST be paid in full no later than Wednesday following the end of auction.
All items can be picked up on TUESDAY and WEDNESDAY following the end of the auction. Our employees are happy to gather your items together and can carry larger merchandise to your vehicle.
Credit Cards will be automatically charged on the Week following the sale at 1pm Arizona time if items have not been paid in person.
There will be a $10.00 per item, per day storage charge on items not picked up by the Monday after the sale date.
We do not provide delivery service—however, there are companies on hand that do deliver. Please contact us for further detail.
If you do not pick up your item in 2 weeks, you will lose that item with no refund
After Two weeks, if you have not pick up your items or contacted us about your items. Your items will be relisted and sold again.
