$25.00 bid increments. Of course you can bid more, but bids need to be at least $25.00 increments.
All lots need to be paid for at close of auction. An email will be sent to winning bidder notifying bidder that payment needs to be made. All lots need to be removed from auction property by Friday the same week of the auction. Local delivery arrangements can be made at close of auction for an additional fee depending on what we are towing and where it is going.
* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed.
* Bidder inspection is encouraged. You may come to auction lot the day before the auction anytime between 10:00-4:00pm to view vehicles.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
*We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
* Applicable taxes apply at a rate of 7% Indiana State sales tax.
* Buyer's premium rate is 10%.
* Payment types accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, Certified check, Company check (with prior approval), cash
* For internet-only auctions, C & C Auctioneering reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the event of a system failure or any other unforseen situation.
*C&C Auctioneering reserves the right to make any additions/omissions to any lot in their auction right up to the opening/closing of online bidding.
