PICK UP ONLY Saturday, Saturfday, September 26th - 7AM- 2PM at auction location ONLY in city of Clarence, IA All gurantees are between buyer & seller. Each item & lot sells in an "As Is" condition. All purchases will be charged to the credit card used to register. Not responsible in case of accidents on premises. Remove all items on the date and time specified. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN ITEMS. Please bring proper packing/boxes for removal of won items. Items MUST be picked up on Saturday, September 26th from 7AM- 2PM. NO EXCEPTIONS. The exact address of the pickup will be emailed to you with the paid receipt 15% Buyer's Premium on all purchases. All Sales final. PAYMENT: All payments must be made at the closing of the auction. No items will be released until payments are collected. Online purchases will be charged at the conclusion of the auction.
