Bidding notice: Credit Cards will be charged immediately following auction close and email notification will be sent Thursday night after auction closes. Auction closes starting at 6:00 pm CST Thursday July 16, 2020. This is a soft close with the first lot beginning at 6pm with another lot closing every two minutes. If a bid comes in within the last two minutes of an items closing, the clock will reset for another two minutes and will continue to reset with each bid until bidding stops for that item. All sales are final. All bids are final. We are not responsible for "bids in error" or bidders remorse. All items are sold *as is-where is* with all faults, blemishes and no warranty expressed or implied. It is the bidders responsibility to determine condition, value, usefulness, functionality, authenticity and all other factors. DFW Estate Liquidators will not be held responsible for errors of description. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. We make every effort to note damage however please refer closely to pictures as we may have missed noting it. There is a 15% Buyers premium charged to all purchases. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases unless a valid Texas resale certificate is filed with us before bidding begins on this auction. You may email your certificate to DFWonlineauction1@gmail.com. **SHIPPING SERVICE** Each individual item must not exceed 180 cubic inches and must be less than 150 lbs. There will be a $12.00 handling fee applied to your auction invoice for all shipping invoices collected by AIM MAIL CENTER. This handling fee is to cover our expenses to load and transport your items to AIM. The handling fee is in addition to your shipping cost. **SHIPPING NOTICE** If your item or items require shipping (local or out of state), You must contact us during the actual pickup window for this particular auction at (817) 262-0982 or email dfwonlineauction1@gmail.com to inform us that you will need to ship. On the next business day, you will need to contact AIM MAIL CENTER to set up payment for shipping at (817) 599-6607. Please be sure to obtain tracking & insurance info from AIM if desired. DFW Estate Liquidators will be held harmless from any shipping related damages. Items not picked up during the specified pick up days and times will be subject to a $10 per day storage fee per item. Items not removed in five business days will be considered abandoned and forfeited and will be disposed of at our discretion without refund to winning bidder. Please do not bid without a valid credit card, email address and the ability to remove your items by Saturday at 3 pm after auction closes. Questions can be answered during normal business hours Monday through Friday 10-6 at 817-757-3722. Pick up days are Friday July 17, 2020 10am-3pm and Saturday July 18, 2020 10am-3pm. If your credit or debit card is declined you will need to contact us immediatley upon receipt of invoice at 817-262-0982. Failure to resovle the day auction closes may result in being blocked from any and all future auctions at our sole discretion.
