Auctioneers LLC accepts cash, good checks (bank letter of guarentee must accompany checks from buyers unknown to the auction company), wire transfers, Master Card, Visa or Discover Credit Cards (3% convenience fee for using credit/debit cards). $5,000 limit on credit card payments. Payment must be made by Thursday July 23rd - 2:00 PM or credit card on file will be charged. Lots start closing on July 22nd at 10 AM CST. Lots close at a rate of one every 40 seconds. This is a soft close auction meaning if anyone places a bid on a lot within the last 2 minutes prior to the lot closing the bidding is extended an additional 2 minutes. All items are sold "AS IS" with no guarantees or warranties and all sales are final. Items are available for public inspection and you are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding. Gavin Bros. Auctioneers LLC and bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through arbitration in Sauk County, Wisconsin. Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Gavin Bros. Auctioneers LLC is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Gavin Bros. Auctioneers LLC. or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during live auction. Gavin Bros. Auctioneers LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Gavin Bros. Auctioneers LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog any item on this auction.
