1.No Items are to be removed from the auction premises until paid for in full. 2.There is a 15% flat buyers premium in effect for this auction. 3.Pickups are to be made by appointment. Buyer assumes responsibility to make arrangements with Mapes Auctioneers & Appraisers to pickup their item. If items are not picked up within 30 days of the close of the auction and alternate arrangements can not be made, we reserve the right to consider these items abandoned property. All purchases in New York Sate will be subject to 8.00% sales tax, unless the purchaser has a New York State Sales Tax Exemption Number. Exemption numbers from other states are not valid in New York.
