Auction begins May 22nd (Fri.) at 5 PM CST, bidding begins to soft close on May 31st (Sun) at 5 PM CST. Pickup Day is June 2nd (Tues.) and June 3rd (Wed.) from 10 am to 5 PM CST. YOU MUST SCHEDULE PICKUP FOR THIS AUCTION! We can only have one buyer in the building at a time to pick up. DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT COMPLY WITH ALL OUR TERMS All items must be picked up on specified pickup day, listed above. PICKUP LOCATION: Mike Hall Auction Center: 2102 NW RT 121 Decatur, IL 62526. You must provide your own transportation and help to load items you purchase. All items are sold as-is, where-is with any/all defects, and with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items in person at Preview: May 29th, Friday 9:30-12.— Descriptions are believed to be correct, but subject to bidder verification. Mike Hall Auction Co., HiBid and AuctionFlex are not responsible or held liable for any accidents or errors in print, or otherwise. 15% Buyers Premium is applicable to all purchases made through this auction, and will be added to your total. A $1 surcharge will also be assessed to all buyers, for cost of verifying card. Forms of Payment: Credit card on file will be charged at conclusion of auction. Items must be picked up on pickup day ONLY. Winning bidder(s) not picking up items on pick up day will still be responsible for payment. Items not picked up or ordered shipping are forfeited and become property of the auction co. Winning bidders hereby agree not to chargeback any purchases on credit card for any reason.
RESERVES: Sellers of equipment and automobiles reserve the right to no-sale lots if they do not bring reserve/minimum. You will be notified if you are the winning bidder via invoice showing won lots.
SHIPPING: Shipping only available on small items, no furniture. Shipping is handled by a The Bubble Wrap, a local shipping business. Buyers responsible to contact The Bubble Wrap at 217-791-6826, to order shipping/make arrangements within 24 hours of close of auction (one business day). Buyer will pay separate shipping surcharge to The Bubble Wrap. Auction Co. IS NOT involved in shipping process and assumes no liability for lost/broken items or shipped packages. The Bubble Wrap is a local shipping agent and is an independent business separate of Mike Hall Auction Co. & Center.
