All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, usefulness, value or any other determining factor. We attempt to describe the merchandise our customers are bidding on. We do this to the best of our ability and many times rely on information given to us from the consignor. Though all descriptions are believed to be correct, neither auction house nor seller makes any warranties of any kind with respect to the property and in no event shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source origin, fitness for a particular purpose, condition etc. Stock photos are for item identification ONLY. Live Oak Auctions LLC shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defect in any lot and makes no warranty in connection therewith. We do not fully inspect every item and advise you to do so on auction inspection day. No allowance, refund or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, error, imperfection, defect or damage. Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Physical Location at time of removal. No Exceptions. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. There will be no charge backs, stop payments or refunds.

PAYMENT
We accepts most major credit cards and cash payment. We do not accept checks or cashier checks. All credit card and cash payments shall be processed by Live Oak Auctions. Pickup Times Pick up times are firm. All items are to be picked up by the end of the third business day after that auction. Live Oak Auctions will be the determining factor on deciding whether or not the winning bidder has an extenuating circumstance that will not allow them to pick up an item. DON'T BID on items if you do not or cannot make the pick up dates. Failure to follow this rule could prevent you from participating in future Live Oak Auctions. ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED ON THE DESIGNATED BUSINESS DAY ARE CONSIDERED ABANDON AND BECOME THE PROPERTY OF LIVE OAK AUCTIONS. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE. WE WILL WORK WITH YOU ANYWAY WE CAN, BUT WE DO NOT HAVE SPACE TO STORE ABANDON ITEMS.
SHIPPING
ALL ITEMS can be shipped. There is a $5.00 handling fee for any item or set of items shipped and the buyer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost.
REGISTRATION
All persons desiring to bid must register prior to the auction to get a bidder number. Registration is free. A valid credit or debit card number is required as a security measurement, and it should be in the bidder's name. This is an online only auction. Some lots may have extended bidding, and this scenario applies to all online auction lots. Posted closing times and displays of auction current time are approximate. By registering for our auctions, you are opting in to our email and text reminders. To opt-out, simply unsubscribe.
