Auction Terms & Conditions 1. The online bidding will close at 8:00 pm on Wednesday, May 13, 2020. 2. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. 3. We reserve the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion. 4. This auction has a 15% buyer's premium for those bidding online. This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $115. 5. You will receive an invoice listing the items won. Payment is due at conclusion of the auction. Credit cards will be charged at that time. If you do not pick up your items on the specified date and do not make arrangements, your items may be discarded. 6. By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of the terms posted for this auction. 7. Declined credit cards can result in a buyer being banned from participating in future auctions. 8. This is a public auction and not a retail setting. All sales are final. No returns or chargebacks are accepted.
