Auction Terms - 10% Buyers premium for Cash, certified funds, and approved checks. 13% for checks unknown to us (We use an electronic check verification system), 13% Buyers Premium for credit cards. No titles will be released until funds are cleared. Vehicles must be paid for and removed within 5 days of Auction close. 6% Sales Tax will be added for non-titled items.
