Auction Terms and Conditions All Bidders attending R. G. Mason Auctions must agree to these terms and conditions. All bidders are required to register prior to bidding on any item. Mason Auctions or Owner reserves the right to refuse registration to anyone who has not fully honored bids at previous Auctions. All purchases must be settled in full within 48 hours of recite of invoice. A BUYERS PREMIUM will be charged on all purchases. While descriptions are believed to be accurate, information and quantities given by the Auction catalog, Auctioneer, owner, or other Auction personnel is offered only as a guide. Responsibility for proper nomenclature and identification of Auction merchandise is the responsibility of the bidder. All Auction items are sold “AS-IS”, “WHERE-IS”, “WITH ALL FAULTS and DEFECTS THEREIN.” There is no guarantee as to merchantability by Auctioneer or Owner. The auctioneer reserves the right to remove, or add to any Auction items on this list up until Auction time. Items not picked up in the pickup period will become the property of the auctioneer and will be disposed of at their discretion. Bidders are strongly advised to inspect items prior to purchase.
