All purchases are to be paid in full to Top Tier Auctions on day of sale and prior to removal of said purchases from premises. A return check charge of $30 will be charged for all returned checks. 2. Top Tier Auctions is not liable for any injury, damage or loss incurred in connection with the sale. 4.. Purchases assumes responsibility for items when "sold" or upon delivery to purchaser. 5. Statements made on day of auction take precedence over previously written material. 6. Information provided to Top Tier Auctions such as email address may be used for internal marketing campaigns. 7. Notice is hereby given that should the registered bidder fail to pick up and pay for their purchased items in person by the specified date and time, subsequently said credit card will be charged for non-payment. Purchased items will also then be forfeited and become the sole property of the seller. 8. Top Tier will not be shipping any itmes to winner bidders. You must pick up itmes at the sale location during the designated time unless other arrangements are made as soon as the auction closes.
