Sunday, February 9, 2020 All guarantees are between buyer & seller. Each item & lot sells in an "As Is" condition. All purchases must be settled for today. Not responsible in case of accidents on premises. The credit card used to register for the auction will be charged at the completion of the auction. FOR INTERNET BUYERS: Items MUST be picked up during designated times or you forfeit your items. If you need your items shipped please contact Hoge Auctioneering before 4 PM on the day the auction closes. INTERNET BUYERS ONLY: There will be a 10% buyer's Premium on all purchases. All Sales final. Please do all investigating on the lots that you are interested in before placing your bids. After you place a bid and the system accepts that bid, it cannot be retracted. All of the items that are sold at the auction companies facility are available for preview before the auction. Auction company makes no guarantee on the authenticity of any items being sold. We will represent any defects that we are made aware of or that we notice during cataloging. Please use the opportunity to preview items or call the office if you have specific questions. If you need to ask a question please call by 4PM on the dat the auction closed. If the auction closes on a Sunday you will need to call by the Friday before by 2 PM 319-435-2302. If you are the successful bidder on any item(s) you will receive an invoice in the email that you used to register with. On this invoice the pickup location and the pickup times are stated. The pickup times are also stated before the bidding begins. If you are unable to meet these guidelines please do not place bids. There will be no refunds and can lead to a permanent decline from bidding with this company. PAYMENT: All payments must be made at the closing of the auction. No items will be released until payments are collected. Online purchases will be charged at the conclusion of the auction on the credit card used to register. If Items need shipped, there will be an extra charge on your credit card. ***SHIPPING*** Shipping will be done via USPS and cost will be calculated at our local post office, by the ounce. Auction company will charge an additional 5$ handling fee per envelope. Estimated cost to mail a 13 ounce envelope would be approx. 9$. No refunds allowed. All coins are available for viewing prior to the auction during the viewing times. All buyers herby certify that they have read and fully understand the terms and conditions listed below and they agree to be bound thereby. It is the buyer's responsibility to understand all the terms and conditions prior to submitting any/all bids. Online bidding: When you bid your max, the current bid price does not automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. If 2 people bid the same max bid on the same item, the 1st person to place the bid will be the winning bidder. If it is a live and online auction, (meaning that people will be bidding at the auction in person and people will be bidding online at the same time) the floor bid may out bid a max bid online. The auction staff cannot see your max bid during the auction, therefore if the floor bid lands on yor max bid it will be pushed to the winning position. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the pre-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before auction begins. PICK UP TIMES: Monday, February 10th 10AM-4PM, Tuesday & Wednesday February 11th & 12th 8AM-4PM, Thursday, February 13th 7:30AM-5PM and Friday February 14th 8AM-2PM- NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are unable to pick items up at this date and time, please do not bid. If your items are not picked up then they will be considered forfeited and no refund will be given. Call for shipping. PAYMENT: All payments must be made at the closing of the auction. The credit card used to register will be billed automatically at the conclusion of the auction. No items will be relased until full payment clears. If your items need shipped, the charges for shipping will be a separate charge on your card.
