Since vehicles, items and equipment are being sold "AS IS - WHERE IS", it means that the purchaser is buying "with all faults" and without any warranty or guarantee of any type, expressed or implied. Any information regarding the item provided by the seller is for convenience only. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect and investigate condition prior to bidding. Geyer Auction Companies expressly disclaims the accuracy of information such as condition, hour meter readings, odometer readings and vehicle identification numbers (VINs).
Auction Terms - 13% Buyers Premium. All purchases will be charged to your credit card on file at the close of the auction.
Place your MAX bids ahead of time to avoid getting outbid in the final minutes of the auction. We are not responsible for network issues, internet lag or refresh issues on your phone or computer. We utilize extended bidding - if bids come in during the last minute, the bidding on that item will extend for (2) minutes.
