If we cannot verify your information and you cannot show proof of funds, you will not be permitted to bid at this auction. Deposits may be accepted in place of proof of funds. All descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not warranted. It is the purchaser's responsibility to inspect all vehicles (if in person) and all photos (online) to bid accordingly with the present condition of the vehicles. By placing a bid, the bidders signifiy that they have either examined the vehicles to their satisfaction or that they are waving the right to examination and bidding at their own risk. Corey W Brown Auctions Inc reserves the right to not only reject any bids but to reject and deny bidder permission at our sole discretion. Bidders with a Hibid score in the negatives will be automatically declined. We will accept appeals via email regarding Hibid score at corey@coreybrownauction. We still reserve the right to reject bidders even after an appeal. 15% Buyers Premium: Credit Cards will only be accepted as payment for in person bidders with a signed receipt. $250 Fine for Bidding Default (If you are the winning bidder and back out of the purchase or default on payment completion). Payments: If you are not a known customer of Corey W Brown Auctions, you will be required to pay by means of Cash, Certified Funds, or Wire Transfer. We will not be accepting PayPal for this auction, due to the lack of security and protection for us, the seller. Established customers can pay by means of all forms listed previously, as well as personal or business check. If payment arrangements are not made within 24 hours, the bidders forfeit their winning items to back bidders or to be resold at the auctioneers discretion. Winning bidders will receive a winning invoice via email after the auction. Payment must be completed with 24 hours of winning bid notification. If this will be a problem for any bidders, for reason of travel or emergency, bidders are required to notify us, Corey W Brown Auctions Inc, prior to bidding of these circumstances.
