Bidding July 3rd starts -Auction will start to close at 7:00PM on Sunday, July 14th. PICK UP ONLY Friday, July 19th 10:00AM to -6:00PM at Former Cedar Rapids Lumber in Cedar Rapids, IA. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD AND TOOLS TO REMOVE ITEMS. All gurantees are between buyer & seller. Each item & lot sells in an "As Is" condition. All purchases will be charged to the credit card used to register. Not responsible in case of accidents on premises. Remove all items on the date and time specified. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN ITEMS. Please bring proper packing/boxes for removal of won items. Items MUST be picked up on Friday, July 19th 10:00AM-6:00PM. Hours are 10:00AM-6PM. NO EXCEPTIONS. The exact address of the pickup will be emailed to you with the paid receipt 10% Buyer's Premium on all purchases. All Sales final. PAYMENT: All payments must be made at the closing of the auction. No items will be released until payments are collected. Online purchases will be charged at the conclusion of the auction.
