FOR INTERNET BUYERS: Make sure that you register with a phone number that you can be reached at. If buying online and picking up please let us know when you will be picking up. Grain bins, dryer, and building must be removed by August 1st. If not removed buy Aug 1st they will be destroyed and no refunds givin. Payment must be made in full before picking items up.
5% Buyers Premium on all purchases made via online bidding. Buyers premium will be capped at $500 per item. All Sales final.

Bidding: When you bid your max, the current bid price does not automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. Self inspection is always recomended to determine genuineness. Hoge Auctioneering will make every effort to give accurate discriptions of items.
Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the pre-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before auction begins. Hoge Auctioneering will not be held accountable for internet features that do not operate properly during the auction.
