Bidding April 10th to April 23rd. Auction will start to close at 7:00PM PICK UP ONLY Thursday, April 25th 3PM-6PM at auction location ONLY in city of Monticello, IA! All gurantees are between buyer & seller. Each item & lot sells in an "As Is" condition. All purchases will be charged to the credit card used to register. Not responsible in case of accidents on premises. Remove all items on the date and time specified. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN ITEMS. Please bring proper packing/boxes for removal of won items. Items MUST be picked up on Thursday, April 25th. Hours are 3PM-6PM. NO EXCEPTIONS. The exact address of the pickup will be emailed to you with the paid receipt 10% Buyer's Premium on all purchases. All Sales final. PAYMENT: All payments must be made at the closing of the auction. No items will be released until payments are collected. Online purchases will be charged at the conclusion of the auction. Bidding: When you bid your max, the current bid price does not automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. Auction company will not be held responsible for any issues with the internet. All bidding and information is done through the HiBid website.
