Online Aution Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditons apply to all online bidding at any auction sale conducted by, or in conjuction with, K-Line Auctions and Estate Sales LLC. By registering to participate in a K-Line Auctions and Estate Sales LLC acution sale via online bidding, you expressly agree to these terms and conditions.
1) Registration
A bidder number system applies to all K-Line Auctions and Estate Sales LLC auctions. All intending bidders are required to register prior to bidding to obtain a bidder number. Please note that the bidder must be registered at least 24 hours prior to the start of placing any bid or the bidder may not be able to bid online in that particular auction. Once you have registered you should keep your account information and details strictly confidential and you must not permit any third party to use or access your account on your behalf or otherwise. You, the bidder, will be liable for any and all bids made via his or her account. Please note that K-Line Auctions and Estate Sales LLC has the right to reject any registration to bid online.
2) Buyers Premium and Other Charges
K-Line Auctions and Estate Sales LLC charges a buyers premium in the amount of 15% on all items sold online. This simply means an additional 15% will be added to the SOLD price of an item along with any applicable taxes. Other charges may apply, such as packing and postage, delivery (not for online items) or storage of uncollected goods.
3) Inspection
All items are sold AS IS - HOW IS - WITH ALL FAULTS, known, apparent or otherwise. When possible bidders should view and or inspect items prior to bidding, The description of items appearing it the acution are believed to be correct. Nevertheless, neither those descriptions listed nor any oral statements made by the Owner/Seller or Auctioneer and Employees shall be constructed as a warranty of goods or guarantee of authenticity.
4) Online Bidding Process
Once you have successfully registered you will be eligilbe to bid online at that sale. You will have to register for each new sale that you wish to participate in. During the sale, you can bid for a lot or item by clicking the Bid button. Each bid shall be final and binding as soon as you click the Bid button. The current bid will be displayed during the sale. In the event of a tie between bids, it will be at the auctioneer's discretion as to which bid will be accepted. Please note that K-Line Auctions and Estate Sales LLC has the right to withdarw its permission for the Bidder to use online bidding or terminate an online bidding account at any time for any reason. Once an item or lot is sold IT IS FINAL, there willbe NO negotiations or reopening of the sold item or lot.
5) After the Sale
Once the auction has closed and all winning bid payments have been processed, your items or lots will be shipped out in 7 to 10 business days. Once your item is shipped we have No control over what happens to it. Part of your shipping cost is insurance, we add this to protect your investment in the item you purchased. In the event of damage it is your responsibility to contact the shipper for return of payment and shipping cost. An invoice for all items and charges will be sent with purchased items.
6) Use of Online Bidding Service
If you choose to use the online bidding service, you do so entirely at your own risk. The content displayed via the online bidding service may contain inaccuracies and errors and we do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the content or that and defects will be corrected.
**Firearms**
*Shipping for Firearms*
Shipping is available to the FFL Holder of your choice. We will charge shipping based on weight and distance. The Buyer assumes all the risk in the shipping of the item. We can Not control what happens to the firearm once it leaves our possession and any damage is between the shipping company and the buyer. We will add insurance through the shipper, that will be included in your cost. We do this to protect your investment in your purchase.
*Understanding the Law*
It is your responsibility to know and understand the gun laws in your state. Not every firearm is legal to ship to every state. We will require a copy of your photo ID proir to shipping ammunition in order to prove age. Please know your state laws prior to bidding on any item, especially if you live in California. There is a $50.00 relisting fee if you win an item that cannot be shipped into your state. There are also new regulations popping up around the country concerning shipping ammunition. We cannot ship ammunition to California.
*Background Checks*
Federal NICS check will be completed at time of purchaseif you have won a firearm. If your NICS check is denied for any reason, you will be charged a $50.00 relisting fee. By agreeing to these terms and conditions , you authorize K-Line Auctions and Estate Sales to charge your credit card for the re-listing fee if you fail to complete your transaction.
**All post 1904 firearms must be refgistered with the Federal and State Laws. All buyers of the post 1904 firearms must complete state and federal registration forms with an approved licensed FFL dealer. You will be suspended or permantly banded from futher auctions with K-Line Auctions and Estate Sales LLC if you provide fraudulent information.
