Intending purchasers are advised to take advantage of the time given to view items prior to auction commencement. The auctioneer is merely the agent of the vendor in respect of the sale of goods. All disputes arising from default of title, wrong descriptions or otherwise, must be settled between the vendor and the purchaser. The auctioneer gives no warranties in respect of these matters, and no lots are to be returned to the auctioneer. The auctioneer shall not be liable for any default of the purchaser or vendor. The buyer of each lot shall be responsible for it from the time it is "knocked down".
