BEFORE BIDDING, ALL BIDDERS ARE TO READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE. FIREARMS LAWS. You must be 21 years of age to purchase a hand gun and 18 years of age to purchase a long gun. Photo ID is required to run a background check. All firearms are sold in accordance with Federal and Pennsylvania State Laws. All post - 1898 (Modern) firearms must be registered in compliance with Federal and State Law. Purchasers of Modern firearms who are Pennsylvania residents must complete state and federal registration forms at Pa Auction Center 3164 White Oak Road Quarryville Pa 17566, or provide a signed copy of a Federal Firearms License from a dealer that your purchase can be shipped to. FFL Dealers and out-of-state buyers must have in their possession on the day of sale, signed copies of their Federal Firearms License in order to accept same-day delivery of modern firearms. Buyers who act as agents for FFL dealers must have a letter of agency as well as a signed copy of the dealers Federal Firearms License (FFL). Internet bidders who are out-of-state buyers and FFL dealers must fax a current FFL license within 48 hours of the close of the sale to Pa Auction Center 717-687-8819. Curio & Relic FFL licenses will be accepted on auction lots indicated in the description '(C&R)'. All Firearms sold only to US Residents. Be sure to check your state and local regulations as some items in our auction may be illegal in your state. All firearms in this auction that have a (R) in the description are considered modern firearms and will need a NICS background check completed unless you are a dealer holding a FFL license. All firearms in this auction that have (C&R) in the description need to have a NICS background check done unless you carry a Curio & Relics license or an FFL license. All firearms in this auction that DO NOT have a (R) or (C&R) in the description DO NOT need a NICS background checked and can be picked up or shipped directly to your door UNLESS a mistake was made when cataloging and it should have been marked with a (R) or (C&R) If you are the high bidder of a firearm that has a (R) or (C&R) in the title you must send us a copy of your FFL or the C&R license holder we are sending to prior to us sending out the gun. FFL's can be emailed to joyce@paauctioncenter.com or faxed to 717-687-8819. Please make sure you reference the name or lot number when sending the FFL. This MUST BE DONE WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE AUCTION. All pickup must be done within 3 business days of the auction. Nics background checks can be done at our location between the hours of 8-4. All hand guns sold to out of state bidders must be shipped. All items are sold "AS-IS, WHERE IS" in their CURRENT CONDITION WITHOUT GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND WITH ANY AND ALL FAULTS. All item descriptions are based upon visual inspection only. All measurements are approximate and are used for general descriptive purposes only. Bidder's are solely responsible for determining the condition and authenticity of items. Physical inspection of items is highly encouraged, since they are used and not new. Any statements, or lack thereof, made in regards to accuracy of descriptions, typographical errors, condition, size, authenticity, age, restoration, reproductions, quality, historic relevance, or otherwise, are all for catalog information only and do not represent warranties, guarantees, or representations, of any kind. In the instance there is a tie bid between the floor and/or the internet bidders and/or absentee bidders, it will be handled at the auctioneers descretion. Because it is a live auction it will always be the 1st bid the auctioneer sees. AS AN ONLINE BIDDER YOU ASSUME ANY RISK ASSOCIATED WITH "WINNING" AN ITEM AND NOT ACTUALLY HAVING THE ITEM SELL TO YOU. THIS IS DUE TO (1) THE FINAL HAMMER OF THE AUCTIONEER AND (2) ONCE A LOT IS CLOSED ON THE ONLINE BIDDING PLATFORM THE OPERATOR IS NOT ABLE TO RE-OPEN THAT LOT. Absentee bids are accepted up to and during the live auction. Pa Auction Center is not responsible for, and shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions of, or failure to carryout an absentee bid, regardless of how the bid was submitted. This also includes any technical failures that may arise during the auction that affect absentee bids, including but not limited to, internet connections, telephones, computers, and networks. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids. The final call of the auctioneer or fall of the hammer of a lot to the highest bidder formally indicates the change of title and possession passes to that high bidder, regardless of the bidding method used, including in house, online, or via an absentee bid. Immediately upon this transfer, the high bidder assumes all responsibility and/or risk of the lot(s) purchased, including but not limited to loss, theft, damage, etc. Internet bidders, be aware that in the case of any internet connection or computer failures, etc. the live auction will proceed as scheduled.

CREDIT CARDS ARE THE ONLY ACCEPTED FORM OF PAYMENT FOR ABSENTEE AND ONLINE BIDDERS. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are all accepted. When registering for for an absentee/online bid a credit card will be required. Once the credit card information has been provided, Pa Auction Center reserves the sole right to automatically charge any and all winning total(s) to the credit card on file if the registered bidder is a successful high bidder. The winning total will consist of the hammer price(s) of the lot(s) successfully won, plus any applicable buyer's premium, handling charges, and tax. If shipping is required, any material, insurance, postage and handling fees, will be applied to the same transaction and credit card or at a later date as a second charge. Pa Auction Center has the right to change payment terms at their discretion. As required by Pennsylvania law, 6% (six-percent) sales tax will be charged unless you have a PA State Sales Tax Number on file with Pa Auction Center. Items shipped out of the state of Pennsylvania will not be charged sales tax. The applicable buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot. No fee for credit cards. Other costs and fees can include, but are not limited to, handling fees, material costs, per lot fees, shipping and insurance costs, sales tax (if applicable), etc. All costs should be considered and taken into account when determining any and all bids. PICKING UP Buyers can pickup their purchases at the auction location between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm however, BUYERS MUST ALSO NOTIFY THE AUCTION COMPANY OF THEIR INTENTIONS TO PICKUP. EMAIL INFO@PAAUCTIONCENTER.COM IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE AUCTION. ALL PICKUPS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE AUCTION. SHIPPING Once payment has been received by the auction company please allow a minimum of 1 week for shipment of items. Most times it will only take a few days. Once the items has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information (please check your spam folder). Failure to remit payment for items won and/or shipping services will result in that bidder being suspended and/or blocked from bidding at any auction hosted by PA Auction Center. All items shipped are shipped through USPS or Fedex. Shipping for out of country bidders or any items unusual in size or extremely fragile will be handled and billed by a 3rd party shipping company. Successful high bidders are responsible for all shipping costs including but not limited to insurance, handling, material, and other charges that may apply including, a per lot handling fee. Items that are shipped may arrive in multiple packages and/or multiple lots may be in the same package. PA Auction Center is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment, regardless of the carrier used. Any package that arrives in less than satisfactory condition should be immediately reported to the carrier service used. All items being picked up must be done within 3 days of the auction. Any items not picked up within 3 days will be considered abandoned and become property of Pa Auction Center.
