Wieman Land & Auction reserves the right to call a no sale on items that did not reach the reserve price. We take pride in selling equipment, not calling no sales so any reserve will be realistic or those items will not be listed. Under no condition will the seller, nor anyone acting on behalf of the seller, be allowed to bid on the item. Any bidder participating in such activity will be banned from future auctions and will be subject to legal action. <b>Sales Tax </b> Sioux Falls City and South Dakota State Sales Tax applied to all purchases at the rate of 6.5%. <b>Buyer's Premium </b> 10% Buyers Premium per item plus 6.5% Sales Tax. <b>Payments </b> Wieman Land & Auction will have a representative on site Thursday and Friday. A successful bidder is responsible for making payments on time. All payments are to be made out to Wieman Land & Auction. Cash, good check, or wire transfer are the only methods accepted in online auctions. All items must be paid for within 2 business days to avoid a finance charge. No items are allowed to be removed until paid in full. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in being banned from future auctions and be subject to legal action. <b>Removal of Purchase </b> All purchases must be paid in full before removing the item(s). Sheduled Load Out will be Thursday-Friday-Saturday. After Saturday, Loadout will be by appointment ONLY! All items must be removed December 31st - NO EXCEPTIONS!
