Hello friends and welcome to another Robbie's online auction event. Ralph has sold the farm and is moving to a smaller home. We are honored to hold this online auction on his behalf. You are invited & encouraged to attend the open house in order to inspect the items for condition, age, style, specs., etc. All items are sold as-is, where-is without warranties or guaranties of any kind. No returns or refunds of any kind. All items are located at 1854 100th Street New Richmond, WI 54017 Inspection: Tuesday Sept. 18th from 3:00pm - 6:00pm Auction ends: Wednesday Sept. 19th beginning at 6:00pm Removal: Friday Sept. 21st from 10:00am - 4:00pm There will be loading assistance for large equipment on the date of pick-up only. Please bring your own help for furniture as the auction company will NOT be assisting in moving furniture.
Please note that if paying with a credit card (Visa, M/C, Amex or Discover card), the buyer's premium is 13%. We will honor a 3% discount for cash or good check. No sales tax.
