All sales are final no returns or exchanges accepted. 10% buyers premium on all sales and 3% added service fee on all credit and debit card sales. It is the responsiblity of the bidder to inspect and check items before placeing any bid. All absentee sales must be paid by either credit or debit cards. Payment for items is due in full and within 24hours of the conclucion of the live auction on the dates of September 21st & 22nd. Failure to make good on payments will result in items either being put up for re-auction or being offered to the next highest bidder. For all vehicles and large farming equipment the winner of live auction must submit a $2,000.00 deposit (or pay in full if item is under $2000.00 dollar value) upon completion of live auction Saturday, September 22nd at 2pm pacific time to secure your rights to the vehicle. The 2,000.00 deposit is accepted as cash or credit card only, immedatly following auction completion.
