<strong>Read all terms carefully</strong>
1. This is a simulcast auction, you can register and bid over the internet, and by registering you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this auction.
2. A Buyers Premium of 5% will be added to the final bid price.
3. Payment will be Visa, MasterCard or Discover Cards. Payment will be made at the end of the auction.
4. All sales are FINAL. No refunds or chargeback’s will be issued.
5. Shipping is available for this auction.
6. The final bid on June 8th @ 8:00 PM EST will be the opening bid at the simulcast auction on June 9th @ 10:00 AM EST. Be sure to log in at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the simulcast auction, as to not miss the opportunity to continue bidding.
7. Please be registered to bid buy Friday June 8th @ 8:00 PM EST. We will not be registering any bidders after this time.
8. Wigton Real Estate and Auction is not liable for any damage, blemishes or misrepresentation of any items.
9. All items are sold “AS – IS” with no guarantees or warranties.
10. Once you have registered to bid, you will receive an email from Wigton Real Estate and Auction, with your bidder number and password.
11. Please note that there will be ONE scheduled pick up time on June 17th from 1 - 3 PM.
12. Wigton Real Estate and Auction reserves the right to reject any and all bids that are not in compliance with the posted bid increments.
13. You will be contacted by email if you are the winning bidder. At the conclusion of the auction, you will receive an invoice that lists all items purchased, the purchase price of each item and the total amount that is due. If you have not received your invoice within 24 hours of the auctions closing time, please email Wes@Wigtonauctions.com
14. If someone is picking up items on your behalf, please make sure they have a copy of your invoice.
15. Please do not assume a lot consists of more than 1 item, just because multiple items may be in the same photo. Please note the lot numbers and read all item descriptions carefully.
16. Make sure you have double checked your bids before you submit them.
17. Wigton Real Estate and Auction reserves the right to add or remove items, split or combine lots, implement minimum bid increments, accept or reject bids, set reserve prices, extend bidding, close bidding, cancel or reschedule any item, lots or the entire auction at any time.
