Note: Any vehicle that is going to be driven away must be accompanied with a current insurance card with that vehicle VIN listed, by a licensed driver (CDL if required) no exceptions.
Items must be picked up by July 13th 2018 from items location. A $25.00/day storage fee will be charged after the 30th unless other arrangements are made.
The bidder becomes responsible for all items purchased by them immediately following winning bid. Therefore, If an item is damaged or lost after winning bid it still must be paid for.
By placing a bid the buyer understands that the auctioneer is acting only as an agent between the buyer and the seller and that the buyer will not hold the auctioneer Tucker Cool and Best Bid Auctions, LLC responsible for any claims that he or she may have after the auction has ended for the above item/items.
