Bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 12 hours before the auction ends. There will be a $25 charge for any credit card declines or resubmissions.

Buyers must remove ALL ITEMS in any lot that they purchase on May 7, 2018 by pre-arranged appointment. Any pallet rack, steel or wood shelf unit or kitchen cabinet must be removed on May 8, 2018. The gas boiler, hot water heater, vent hoods and a few other items specified in the catalog will have 2 weeks to be removed. Anything remaining on the premises after that time will be considered abandoned and disposed.
No assistance will be available for removal. Please arrive on pickup day with all personnel, equipment and packing material you will need to remove your purchases.
You, the buyer, will be responsible for disconnecting all hardwired electric connections and plumbing connections in a workmanlike manner. All disconnects to be made at the first union downstream from the equipment. All disconnected elec. wires must be covered w/wire nuts.
You, the BUYER, are responsible for arranging pickup there is no shipping available for this auction.
