All items are sold "as is - where is" with all faults and blemishes and no warranty expressed or implied.
Bidders are encouraged to preview and inspect all items. It is bidder's responsibilty to determine condition, value, usefullness, functionality, authenticity, and all other factors. Aurora Country Auction is not responsible for errors of description. Bidder, including internet bidder, shall be the sole judge of value. Firearms will not be shipped. Firearms must be paid for and picked up in person with all required identification and documentation.
There is a 10% Buyers Premium charged to all purchases. On-site buyers must pay on day of sale; absentee and internet buyers must pay with 2 days of sale. Buyers may pay by cash, Mastercard, Visa, or auction approved check. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases unless a valid Texas resale or tax emption certificate is filed with us on or before the sale. You may fax your exemption form to 940-433-4780. The auction staff reserves the right to bid.
Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold, ownership passes to the suddessful bidder, along with responsibility for securing the item and making payment for the item. Sold items must be removed no later than 5pm Wednesday after the sale. The auction house is open Sundays 10-4 (closed 12-1 for lunch). Items remaining after Wednesday will be moved to storage and storage fees of $5 per day will apply. The auction staff will assist internet bidders with arranging shipping, with all shipping costs borne by the buyer. ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE PAID FOR AND PICKED UP WITHIN THREE DAYS OF AUCTION. AFTER THREE DAYS, STORAGE CHARGES OF $5 PER ITEM PER DAY WILL APPLY
