ALL BIDS ARE FINAL, WE CAN NOT CHANGE BIDS AFTER THEY ARE PLACED SO PLEASE BE 100% SURE BEFORE PLACING YOUR BIDS. ALL BIDS ARE FINAL AS WELL AS QUANTITY ITEM BIDS THANK YOU We accept cash and credit cards. Guarantee: Anything won over the amount of $22.50 and plugs into the wall is guaranteed. (There are testing stations in the auction parking lot for that purpose). Everything else is "as is" and is yours. We are an auction not a retail store In other words, and as an example, we do not guarantee: car stereos; battery operated items; children's toys; remote control items; hobby items; play sets; musical instruments; combinations to security locks; dents, scratches, blemishes, discolorations, chips, anything aesthetic; missing parts, accessories, broken parts (many times you are able to obtain these from the manufacturer, or if we have any, we will replace; watches; Lights on X-mas trees unless won for $200.00 or more, earphones/ear buds (There are, however, exceptions to certain items and we will do our best to exchange, refund or give store credit when possible and/or reasonable and if we can to accommodate. Again, keeping in mind, we are an auction, not a retail store. If you win an item or items you take that item(s) home with you on the day of the auction, unless an item is too large for your vehicle, and you notify the auction of the same, then arrangements are made for you to pick it up on the Monday or Tuesday following the auction. ALSO: There are no cords for and/or chargers for iPads, Tablets - (For these we will provide a cord/charger for you to test the item to make certain it charges/powers on), you will need to purchase the cord/chargers from a retail store. You are given the opportunity to view all items the Friday before the Saturday auction from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We urge you to take this time to view the items. Know what you are bidding on. WHEN PREVIEWING, KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU, YOURSELF, ARE NOT ALLOWED TO OPEN BOXES OR HANDLE THE PRODUCT, ASK FOR ASSISTANCE FROM AN EMPLOYEE. If you win an item over $20.00 that plugs into the wall and that item needs to be plugged in overnight at your house to see if it works and if for some reason, it does not, you must return it to the auction the following Monday for our assessment and adjustment. If for some reason, you, yourself, cannot return it on that Monday, you may have someone else return it for you. You can go on-line every Thursday late in the morning to see what items are in the auction for that Saturday, and you can also bid on-line until Saturday morning at 9:15 when on-line bidding stops, and the live bidding starts. Keep in mind, however, that whatever the minimum bid is on-line for an item that is the amount that will start the opening bid at the live auction for that item on Saturday. So, if you really want an item, you are encouraged to come to the live bidding where you have the opportunity to make certain you win the item. ANYTHING WON FOR LESS THAN $22.50 IS YOURS, NO STORE CREDIT, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. ALL BIDS ARE FINAL AND MUST BE HONORED BY THE BUYER
