This sale will feature online bidding with lots closing in sequential order by lot number starting at 1pm on Sept. 15. If a lot receives a bid in the last minute the bidding will extend for 1 minute on that lot and will not affect the closing of other lots unless they are linked (pick-ups, bucket trucks, side mount tool boxes). Linked lots are items that are similar or the same, if a bid comes in the last minute of a linked lot then the bidding will be extended for all lots linked together.

Checkout Date/Time Payment is due at time of invoice retrival of items is to be in a timely fashion. Any item left over 1week will be charged a storage fee of $20 per day unless prior arrangements are made. Any item left over 30 days will be considered abandoned and be disposed of .

Terms: U.S. Funds Cash or your good check; all checks over $5,000 must be accompanied by a "Bank Letter of Guarantee;" Wire Transfer with $15 dollar fee for US buyers- $45 for international. Credit cards accepted with a 3% processing fee. 10% buyer's premium for all bidders. Bidding is times the money on items with a quantity greater than 1 (bid X quantity=hammer price). Full payment is due at time of purchase. All items are sold for immediate removal. Auctioneer will not be held responsible for items before or after sale. Maine Sale tax of 5.5% applies to all purchases unless exemption documentation is on file with Gregg Auctions. Full payment is due at time of sale. All property is sold AS IS WHERE IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor.
