There is a 13% buyers premium plus local sales tax added to all purchases. We give a 3% discount for customers paying cash or check the day of the auction only. All absentee and internet winning bids are charged 13% buyers premium. 3. Everything is sold "as is, where is" with no guarantees of any kind regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. 4. Do not remove merchandise without auction personnel present to check you out. 5.
