ATTENTION- Items won on-line must be picked up during the hours of 10:00 a.m. - 5:30p.m. on the Monday or Tuesday following that auction. (Public Auction R Us does not ship) If you do not pick up your item(s) on the appropriate pick up days that item or items will be returned to auction status and the payment for the item(s) is forfeited. The item(s) may be picked up by someone other than yourself. NOTE: the auction is aware that there may be an unusual circumstance when the item(s) cannot be picked up on the Monday or Tuesday following the auction and in those circumstances arrangements must be made with the auction for an alternative pick up date.

ALSO NOTE: If the item or items are not picked up on the appropriate dates/times (and alternate pick up dates/times have not been arranged) any item(s) over twenty ($20.00) dollars, and that plug into the wall, will not be guaranteed. WE ARE CLOSED WEDNESDAYS AND THURSDAYS. Public Auction R Us sells both new and used items. Bidders are welcome and encouraged to preview items at the auction site (11040 Hwy 41, Madera, California), the Friday before the auction between 10:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. and Saturday (auction day) between 8:00 a.m.- 9:30 a.m.
The live auction commences at 9:30 a.m. Public Auction R Us is not responsible for dents, scratches, blemishes, discoloration, missing parts or accessories. Public Auction R Us is not a retail store. You, the buyer, are responsible for honoring bids, understanding the quality of the items you are bidding on, and which items you choose to bid on. We do our best to make known any issues in the title of the item, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the bidder to use preview times prior to the auction to know what you are (and/or will be) bidding on. While the items we sell are of high quality, we sell both new and used, as stated above, and therefore, some may have wear and tear. All toys, remote control items, battery operated items, hobbyist items, play sets, musical instruments, etc... are AS IS.
Public Auction R Us is not responsible for providing combinations to security locks. All items purchased under twenty ($20.00) dollars are AS IS. Anything over twenty ($20.00) dollars and is electronic ( i.e., plugs into the wall) is your responsibility to test before it leaves the auction lot. Once it leaves the lot it is a DONE DEAL. (Testing stations are set up in the auction parking lot)
NOTICE: IT IS THE BIDDER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO (1): Check your e-mail and/or spam mail for invoice notification. If you won an item or items, you should receive an e-mail invoice the evening of the auction with a list of the item(s) won. IF FOR SOME REASON YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN E-MAIL NOTICE, then, as a backup (2) CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD to see if you were charged more than one ($1) dollar, if so, Congratulation you won an item or items. If you are only charged one ($1) dollar you were outbid at the live auction and did not win anything and that authorization fee will be credited back to your card.
