Terms and Conditions
1. All items are sold AS IS and it is the responsibility of the bidding participant to inspect a lot prior to placing a bid. No refunds, no exchanges, no bid retractions, no return of merchandise, no warranties express or implied apply whatsoever. All sales are FINAL and not subject to conditions.
2. Payment is received: cash or cheque. Merchandise is subject to any taxes where applicable -- Federal Sales Tax (H.S.T. 13%) on a per sale basis.
3. Receipt of purchase must be shown prior to removal of the items.
4. Removal of items is at the risk of the purchaser. Items left at behind past mandatory date of removal are the responsibility of the purchaser.
5. Items may be subject to removal prior to the auction date at the discretion of the Auctioneer.
6. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid at any time without explanation. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer will win the bid. Any bidding disputes will be settled by the auctioneer. Occasionally, a reserve bid may be placed on merchandise and will be clearly marked.
7. Items must be paid for within the allotted time stated. If purchaser fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein, the Auctioneer reserves the right to void sale.
8. Once sold, ALL items becomes the sole and immediate responsibility of purchaser.
9. 10% Buyers Premium added to all items.
10. Owners and/or executors or Auctioneer not responsible for any accidents, loss, or injuries on property day of auction pick up or preview.
11. All Items must be removed by Sunday, April 2nd at 12pm to 2pm, 2017 or notify the Auctioneer - Dave Metcalfe @ 519-901-0369
