Advance bidding opens Wednesday, January 1, 2025. Auction closes Thursday, January 9, 2025, beginning at 7pm EST.
Pickup is Sunday, January 12, 2025, from 9am until 3pm EST only, at 1 Waterman Avenue, Toronto.
To request an alternate pickup day and time, email timothyloughmiller@gmail.com prior to Sunday, January 12, AND pay your invoice in full via Etransfer to timothy@timothyestatesales.com by midnight Saturday, January 11, 2025.

If think you that are a winning bidder but do not receive an invoice within 12 hours of the auction closing, it is your responsibility to reach out to timothyloughmiller@gmail.com immediately.

There is a 15 percent buyer's premium and 13 percent HST for all purchases.
Following the auction winning bidders will receive an Email invoice. Please present the invoice when attending the pickup day. Items can only be picked up with a verifiable invoice. Goverment issued photo identification may be required. Shipping is not available.
All items are sold As-Is/Where-Is with no warranties. All sales are final. Please examine the photos and read the descriptions carefully. Buyers agree and accept that items may have undetected flaws, issues or damage, lots may not be precisely as pictured and/or described, and may not be suitable for intended purposes.
By exiting the pickup location buyers agree that they have all the items that they purchased and accept them in their current condition.
All measurements are in inches and feet unless noted otherwise, and are approximate only.
Storage and handling fees may apply in the event that a late pickup is approved.
Buyers agree to not hold the owners and/or operators of the pickup property and/or the pickup staff responsible for loss, damage, injury, accident, mishap, incident or force majeure.
Seller has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason without repercussion.
Buyers with a negative history may be denied the ability to bid.
Failure to comply with the above terms and conditions can and will result in a permanent loss of bidding priviledges.
