All items are sold AS-IS where is. No refunds or exchanges will be given. Please bid accordingly, if need be items may be viewed Friday, December 19th from 11am to 5pm and Saturday, December 20th 1pm to 4pm. Pick up times for this week's auction will be as follows: Monday, December 23rd 12pm to 6pm THERE WILL BE NO PICK-UP ON TUESDAY THE 24TH. Friday, December 27th 11am to 5pm Saturday, December 28th 1pm to 4pm Monday, December 30th 12pm to 6pm Tuesday, December 31st 1pm-4pm
Items can be paid for with cash or card upon pick up. Failure to pay for items won will result in a ban from future auctions. All items must be PAID for Monday, December 30th by 6pm. Any items whether paid for or not, that have not been picked up within the time given, will be forfeited and put back in the next auction and no refund will be given. We collect sales tax on all items bought unless you can provide us with a tax-exempt permit. We will do our best to describe the condition of the items. All items are sold AS-IS where is, no refunds or exchanges will be given. Please bid accordingly. If need be items may be viewed Friday, December 19th 11am to 5pm and Saturday, December 20th 1pm to 4pm. If an item or items are not picked up and go back into another auction and you bid and win those items a second time, you will be charged whichever is the higher dollar amount.

If items are paid for or not, and are not picked up by the end of the pick up times and no appointment has been made, items will be forfeited and put in the next auction and no refund will be given.
