All items must be paid for on pick-up day If you choose to pay by any means other than the card on file. Building must be emptied on pick up day. You will be given extended time to pickup large items that are outside the buildings including farrowing house, tractor and Buick. You will need to bring help for loading as there are very heavy items in this auction. Storage fees of $10 per item per day will apply to all items not picked up on time. If you need shipping please refer to the terms under the shipping tab. There are items in this auction of excessive weight that we will not ship. There are handling fees charged by the auctioneer, as well as shipping fees which will be billed to you separately by the shipper. Failure to respond to the shipper for payment will result in an additional $25 charge to the card on file per day of failed contact with the shipper. You will be charged additional handling fees if we are not notified of the need for shipping prior to the auction closing.
