Sales Tax will be collected it is 7.9% in Fremont County, Colorado unless we have a valid resale sales tax exemption form on file. It is your responsibility to mail one in or provide at time of pick up. All items will be described to the best of our knowledge. FOR LOCAL BIDDERS: If we cannot contact you or have not heard from you in 5 business days after the auction closes we will charge your hi'bid credit card on file and hold the item for you for up to 2 weeks.
